Christina Milian is facing legal action from an 81-year-old neighbor, who alleges the R&B singer's dog brutally attacked him in 2008.

The dog escaped and bit ( a huge chunck out of the arm of) the man when he went to Christina's home to talk about fixing a gate between their homes that had been damaged due to flooding problems.

The injury required 19 stitches and "9 months of rehabilitation", and Skolion is still undergoing psychiatric help for "fear and depression...
